Ingredientes:
- 1 taza de harina todo uso
- 1 taza de harina de maíz amarillo INKAREPA
- ¼ taza de azúcar morena granulada
- ½ taza (1 barra) mantequilla sin sal derretida
- 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
- ½ cucharada de bicarbonato de sodio
- ¼ cucharada de sal
- 2 huevos
Preparación:
- Precalentar el horno a 180 grados centígrados. Coloca la mantequilla en 5 mini moldes para hornear o en un molde cuadrado para hornear de medio metro y colócalo en el horno para calentarlo un poco.
- En un tazón grande. Mezcla la harina para todo uso, la harina maíz amarillo Inkarepa ambos azucares, el polvo para hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio y la sal.
- Hacer un pozo en el centro y agregar la leche y los huevos. Mezclar hasta que estén bien combinados.
- Vierte la mantequilla derretida y revuelve para incorporar en la masa hasta que este combinada (ten cuidado de no mezclar demasiado). Con cuidado, transfiere la masa a las mini bandejas para pan. Hornea por 15 minutos o hasta que el pan de maíz comience a dorarse en la parte superior. Prueba con un palillo insertado en el centro hasta que salgo limpio.
